How to auto generate MoMs?

  1. Sign into Qik Office.
  2. Go to the meeting room and click on schedule.
  3. Select the date and time of the meeting.
  4. Next to schedule, select the Auto-mom and enable Auto-record, Auto-transcribe, and Auto-MoM before clicking on the schedule.
  5. Meeting has been scheduled successfully.
  6. Now go to the meeting room and click on join.
  7. Once the meeting commences, it auto-records the meeting.
  8. As the meeting ends, it auto-transcribes and generates MoMs with discussion points and action items.

Auto-Generated Meeting Titles:

The Auto-Generated Meeting Titles feature leverages AI technology to automatically generate titles for meeting minutes. By analyzing the content and context of the meeting, the AI recognizes key elements and themes discussed, allowing it to generate relevant and accurate titles for the Meeting Minutes (MoM).

Where to find the MoMs?

  1. Go to the meeting room.
  2. Click on the Meetings icon -> MoM Or Click on Apps -> Recordings icon -> MoM
